Remzi Dadaloğlu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nuratay Batır, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Erdeniz Şehzade's late challenge caught a Hatay SK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Erdeniz Şehzade helped the player get up and apologised. Erdeniz Şehzade hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. Fırat Hicab fired away a difficult shot at goal in the 35th minute. He almost succeeded, but the ball bounced in the crossbar and then went out. It was a very nice shot. 40 minutes into the match, Hatay SK's goal looked a bit too open when Yahya Sökmener came free, but Süleyman Tengizalp reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 45th minute, Enis Behiç Bahadır hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Kuddusî Cesimi to strike the kick off in the second half. When Köksal Demirel came up free with the goalie in the 54th minute, the Sinanpasa FK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Köksal Demirel couldn't finish the play. 78 minutes into the match, Hatay SK's goalkeeper Süleyman Tengizalp had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Erdeniz Şehzade. The supporters of Sinanpasa FK booed when Hatay SK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nuratay Batır didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 86th minute, Köksal Demirel ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Süleyman Tengizalp was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. The audience thought a goal was coming when Köksal Demirel got free with Süleyman Tengizalp in the 91st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With a little luck, Hatay SK's Süleyman Tengizalp got control of the ball when Fırat Hicab tried to sneak it across the goal line. Sinanpasa FK's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
