The referee ignored Alegori's protests and gave Sabri Yağızer a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Alegori's Sabri Yağızer got a free kick in the 4th minute. After recieving a nice pass, Menderes Belediyespor's Erkin Ülke tried to score from far away in the 5th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. 6 minutes into the match, Ogün Egesel had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Berker Rıza Okaner. Alegori's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ogün Egesel was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Ogün Egesel came free with the goalkeeper in the 11th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Berker Rıza Okaner could save by the left post. In a very dangerous position, a player in Menderes Belediyespor fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 18th minute. Penalty! Ogün Egesel recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 36th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Zafer Mutluer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 44th minute, Dilmen Adahan got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Zafer Mutluer received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Hulusi Taşkın tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Hulusi Taşkın made an important save on a dangerous shot by Dilmen Adahan in the 55th minute. In the 59th minute, Anıl Ege Topuz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Alegori's Azim Celilay couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 60th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Menderes Belediyespor. Menderes Belediyespor's Hulusi Taşkın played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zafer Mutluer in the 63rd minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 64th minute, Zafer Mutluer managed to get in a good position for a shot. Alegori's supporters rose to their feet, but Zafer Mutluer was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Hulusi Taşkın breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Zafer Mutluer fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hulusi Taşkın having to interfere. 77 minutes into the match, Ogün Egesel had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Berker Rıza Okaner. Alegori's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ogün Egesel was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. In the 84th minute, Ogün Egesel left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Menderes Belediyespor fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-1. Berker Rıza Okaner showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ogün Egesel, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. Davut Turaç kicked well hit freekick during the 89th minute of the match. In the 97th match minute, Menderes Belediyespor was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Erdoğan Nesefi to maneuver through the defense. Menderes Belediyespor's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
