Sufi Saykal might have been able to make a better finish in the 38th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Şener Sehriyar. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Sufi Saykal ran back to his position shaking his head. The attack was good, but when Yağızhan Baysungur in the 39th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. If Sufi Saykal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Sufi Saykal struck a weak shot in the 44th minute. Şener Sehriyar didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Gökceada FK. Gökceada FK's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
