After recieving a nice pass, Yesilli's Fazıl Sehhar tried to score from far away in the 55th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. 57 minutes into the match, Reading FC's goal looked a bit too open when Güvenç Özguven came free, but Baykan Evcimen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Reading FC succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though Yesilli had controlled the match.
