Hüsmen Demir made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hasan Hüseyin Toker in the 18th minute of play. In the 21st minute the ball was on its way in behind Yomra's goalkeeper Hamit Çelikel, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 22 played minutes Yomra got a freekick which was hit by Arın Ferhat Özkurt. Refik Şahruh fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hamit Çelikel having to interfere. 29 minutes into the match, Besiktas JK's goal looked a bit too open when Hasan Hüseyin Toker came free, but Hüsmen Demir reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience was convinced that Seyfi Akergin's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Hamit Çelikel was relentless in the 32nd minute of the game. Besiktas JK's Hüsmen Demir played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alim Tokdemir in the 52nd minute of play. Hamit Çelikel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Refik Şahruh, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Seyfi Akergin in the 57thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Hamit Çelikel, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Hamit Çelikel stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Refik Şahruh's shot from short distance in the 65th minute. 71 minutes into the match, Yomra's goal looked a bit too open when Refik Şahruh came free, but Hamit Çelikel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 74 minutes in the game, Refik Şahruh fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Hamit Çelikel having to interfere. If Yıldıray Şehzat had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Hamit Çelikel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Refik Şahruh, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. Seyfi Akergin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After 96 played minutes Besiktas JK got a freekick which was hit by Yıldıray Şehzat. Besiktas JK were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
