An unexpectedly hard shot by Refik Uğursal in the 11th minute of play forced Ayvalik's goalkeeper Merih Rasim to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 12 minutes into the game, Aksaray's Refik Uğursal nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Merih Rasim made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Refik Uğursal in the 17th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Merih Rasim prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 21 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Aksaray! The supporters of Aksaray booed when Ayvalik was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Özkan Zeynelabidin didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Pars Keramettin fell near the penalty area in the 29th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ayvalik's protests and gave Pars Keramettin a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Ayvalik getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Pars Keramettin hit a great ball. Ermanno Fata took the ball and in the 30 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Merih Rasim. Merih Rasim dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Uygur Lütufkâr in the 40th minute of play forced Aksaray's goalkeeper Bahadır Sabi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 43 minutes into the game, Karhan Çınar was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Aksaray's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ayvalik the free kick. 42 minutes into the game, one of Aksaray:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Zekai Ağırtaş to make the kick off. In the 55th minute, Ahmet Baki Sarıkaya made a precise shot to the right of Bahadır Sabi. Aksaray's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-2. After having played for 60 minutes, Zekai Ağırtaş managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Aksaray's supporters crossed their fingers, but Zekai Ağırtaş was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 61 minutes into the match, Ermanno Fata had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Merih Rasim. Ayvalik's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ermanno Fata was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-3. After 65 minutes, Ermanno Fata mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Aksaray and the Ayvalik players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Aksaray's Ermanno Fata got a free kick in the 65th minute. Ayvalik's Pars Keramettin got a good chance for a goal in the 66th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The supporters of Aksaray booed when Ayvalik was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Uygur Lütufkâr didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 70th minute of the match Tahir Usbay shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Merih Rasim showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Ayvalik's Merih Rasim proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 71st minute of the match, managed to save Ayvalik from getting a goal against them. Ermanno Fata sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Uygur Lütufkâr kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match. Ermanno Fata fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Merih Rasim having to interfere. Tahir Usbay was extremely unlucky when he, in the 84th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Zekai Ağırtaş hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. In the 87th minute Rıza Üzer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bahadır Sabi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Merih Rasim was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Tahir Usbay showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 3-4 in the 88 minute of play. The supporters of Aksaray booed when Ayvalik was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rıza Üzer didn't get a good kick on the ball. Bahadır Sabi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arif Ensar Oksar in the 94th minute of play. In the 95th minute, Rıza Üzer hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Aksaray's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
