Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Kigi SK's Arman Kutlubay started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Arman Kutlubay received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 4th minute. Çetin Akçakoca tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Okan Uraltan's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Çetin Akçakoca read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 8th minute of play. Okan Uraltan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Çetin Akçakoca having to interfere. Çetin Akçakoca showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arman Kutlubay, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. Çetin Akçakoca stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Arman Kutlubay's shot from short distance in the 28th minute. Okan Uraltan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 31st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 35th minute the ball was on its way in behind Özvatan SK's goalkeeper Çetin Akçakoca, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Özvatan SK's Seyit İncel got a free kick in the 36th minute. Saip Semin kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. In the 43rd minute, Okan Uraltan got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Hüsrev Tekindağ was the one to do the kick off. İzzettin Ulunay hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Hayyam Şerif in the 59th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Baysal Ilıcak prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hüsrev Tekindağ in the 73rd minute of play forced Kigi SK's goalkeeper Baysal Ilıcak to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 74 played minutes Kigi SK got a freekick which was hit by Salih Çoğa. In the 78thth minute of the game Arman Kutlubay who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Özvatan SK's Çetin Akçakoca was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 89th minute, Okan Uraltan managed to get in a good position for a shot. Kigi SK's supporters rose to their feet, but Okan Uraltan was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Çetin Akçakoca breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Okan Uraltan who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 92ndth minute tested the skills of Çetin Akçakoca when he managed to save the team from getting behind. The Özvatan SK players were eager to celebrate when the final whistle sounded. They had somehow managed to win, even though the away team had held the majority of the possession.
