Kağan Öznur sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Arif Çelebi Harzemşah fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sermet İğdemir having to interfere. Basbasi's Sermet İğdemir played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kağan Öznur in the 35th minute of play. Basbasi's Sermet İğdemir proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 41st minute of the match, managed to save Basbasi from getting a goal against them. If Arif Çelebi Harzemşah had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Savaş Ulaş's late challenge caught a Samatya SK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Savaş Ulaş helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Basbasi's Savaş Ulaş got a free kick in the 69th minute. Necmi Beşir missed a clear chance of a goal when in the 71 minute of the game fired away a shot, but unfortunally the ball went out to the Sermet İğdemir right hand side. In the 73rd minute Kağan Öznur shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sermet İğdemir saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 78 minutes into the match, Samatya SK's goal looked a bit too open when Cezmi Server came free, but Ahmet Ozan Aksungur reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 80 minutes into the match, Basbasi's goal looked a bit too open when Kağan Öznur came free, but Sermet İğdemir reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
