Anıl Mücahit Kınıkaslan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Doğuş Sabih sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Through an outstanding action, after 40 minutes, Başar Karacabey successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 42ndth minute of the game Günay Özekan who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Kalkan FK's Anıl Mücahit Kınıkaslan was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Zafer İlmi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Anıl Mücahit Kınıkaslan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the last second Başar Karacabey throw himself and got hold of the ball when Şenel Özgen in the 46thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. After having played for 48 minutes, Arda Göksel Elçin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Eregli's supporters crossed their fingers, but Arda Göksel Elçin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

Doğuş Sabih might have been able to make a better finish in the 63rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Başar Karacabey. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Doğuş Sabih ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 65th minute, Doğuş Sabih made a precise shot to the right of Başar Karacabey. Eregli's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. Zafer İlmi took the ball and in the 71 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Anıl Mücahit Kınıkaslan. Anıl Mücahit Kınıkaslan dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. After 76 played minutes Kalkan FK got a freekick which was hit by Mustafa Onul. Kalkan FK's Anıl Mücahit Kınıkaslan proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 78th minute of the match, managed to save Kalkan FK from getting a goal against them. Başar Karacabey showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Şenel Özgen, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Şenel Özgen in the 90th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Başar Karacabey saved Eregli from getting behind. When the match was over Eregli could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Kalkan FK throughout the match.
