Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Nuratay Yetener took the kick off in the first half of the match. 3 minutes into the match, Giuliano Cordone had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Hakkı Onur Geçim. Alasehir's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Giuliano Cordone was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. The referee felt a red card was in order, 6 minutes into the game, when Hakkı Deniz Rakim put in a rough tackle. In the 7th match minute, Alasehir was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hakkı Deniz Rakim to maneuver through the defense. In the 8th minute the ball was on its way in behind Alasehir's goalkeeper Hakkı Onur Geçim, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When Atalay Çetiner fell near the penalty area in the 8th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Alasehir's protests and gave Atalay Çetiner a yellow card for diving instead. In the 8th minute, Atalay Çetiner hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 10 played minutes Alasehir got a freekick which was hit by Atalay Çetiner. Hakkı Onur Geçim showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arda Göksel Bilkan in the 12th minute of the match. Ahmet Sedat Çelik fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nurkan Hancı having to interfere. Özdemir Bürgehan made in the 17th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Alasehir's Ahmet Gündüz Candemir. Hakkı Onur Geçim made a fantastic save in the 18th minute, when Fahrettin Onurad sent off a good shot on target. The supporters of Izmirspor booed when Alasehir was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Atalay Çetiner didn't get a good kick on the ball. Alasehir's attentive Ahmet Gündüz Candemir managed to snatch the ball when Özdemir Bürgehan made a throw-in in the 21st minute of the game. Hakkı Onur Geçim made a fantastic save in the 22nd minute, when Giuliano Cordone sent off a good shot on target. After 23 played minutes Arda Göksel Bilkan rounded Alasehir's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 2-0. After 26 played minutes Alasehir got a freekick which was hit by Günay Tarim. 27 minutes into the match, Alasehir's goal looked a bit too open when Sercan Sarı came free, but Hakkı Onur Geçim reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 30th minute, Ahmet Gündüz Candemir hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With an all-out effort, Izmirspor's Hakkı Onur Geçim threw himself towards the right post 31 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Sercan Sarı, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. 32 minutes had been played when some careless play by Alasehir's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Sercan Sarı was slow to take the kick. During this time Izmirspor's players had a chance to rest. After taking down the ball on Izmirspor's corner Özdemir Bürgehan fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Hakkı Onur Geçim quite easily take care of the ball. In the 33rd match minute, Alasehir was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Atalay Çetiner to maneuver through the defense. Giuliano Cordone succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 3-0 in the 35th playminute. Hakkı Onur Geçim made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arda Göksel Bilkan in the 37th minute of play. After 40 minutes of play, Izmirspor's Edoardo Fiordelisi made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Hakkı Onur Geçim was left in no man's land by his defense there! Alasehir's Özbek Özbekkan quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Tekin Sezgi, made in the 44th minute of the game. Af the end of the first half the score was 4-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Sercan Sarı stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Hakkı Onur Geçim didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Giuliano Cordone went, in the 62nd minute, to the upper right corner, 5-0 was the resulting score. Alasehir's attentive Özbek Özbekkan managed to snatch the ball when Tekin Sezgi made a throw-in in the 65th minute of the game. When the match had gone on for 68 minutes, Giuliano Cordone put it in 6-0 from a short distance just to the right of Hakkı Onur Geçim. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ahmet Sedat Çelik during the 78th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Alasehir's Ahmet Sedat Çelik got a free kick in the 78th minute. Sercan Sarı recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 78th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After having played for 80 minutes, Ahmet Sedat Çelik managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Alasehir's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ahmet Sedat Çelik was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Giuliano Cordone came up free with the goalie in the 85th minute, the Izmirspor fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Giuliano Cordone couldn't finish the play. In the 92nd minute, Sercan Sarı got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Izmirspor had won after a very even match.
