In the 12thth minute of the game Ulvi Demircan who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Mecitözü's Cemil Hatim was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Cemil Hatim made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ferit Sidal in the 13th minute of play. Zühtü Demiroğlu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hüsmen Üstay in the 15th minute of play. After 17 played minutes sarıyer FK got a freekick which was hit by Alim Ergüvenç. Hüsmen Üstay received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Zühtü Demiroğlu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Zühtü Demiroğlu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hüsmen Üstay, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Mecitözü's Cemil Hatim played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ferit Sidal in the 24th minute of play. A collision led to Mecitözü getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. İbrahim Efe Canbulat hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Mecitözü's zone, Mustafa Cumhur Özerdem stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cemil Hatim came out of the goal and Mustafa Cumhur Özerdem tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Zühtü Demiroğlu made a fantastic save in the 29th minute, when Nusrettin Yener sent off a good shot on target. Cemil Hatim made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ferit Sidal in the 30th minute of play. If Nusrettin Yener had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Zühtü Demiroğlu made a fantastic save in the 34th minute, when Talat Erboğa sent off a good shot on target. Zühtü Demiroğlu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hüsmen Üstay in the 37th minute of play. After a rather tough play, sarıyer FK's Ferdi Baykan got a free kick in the 39th minute. Talat Erboğa succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-0 in the 41st playminute. In the 90th minute, Ulvi Demircan got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Mustafa Cumhur Özerdem in the 92ndth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Cemil Hatim, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. 93 minutes into the match, sarıyer FK's goal looked a bit too open when Nusrettin Yener came free, but Zühtü Demiroğlu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
