Armağan Kılıçaslan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Celalettin Zati in the 22nd minute of play. Celalettin Zati fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Armağan Kılıçaslan having to interfere. Baybars Yüksel didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Adalar JK's Rüknettin Akağan shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 0-2 in the ordered_time% minute. Armağan Kılıçaslan made a fantastic save in the 33rd minute, when Hüsrev Şems sent off a good shot on target. After a defensive mix-up in Sakaryaspor's zone, Rüknettin Akağan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Baybars Yüksel came out of the goal and Rüknettin Akağan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 39th minute, Celalettin Zati had to leave the field with a concussion. 40 minutes into the game, Şerif Geçim was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Adalar JK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Sakaryaspor the free kick. 39 minutes into the game, one of Adalar JK:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The goalkeeper, Armağan Kılıçaslan, was totally fooled by Sakaryaspor's Erkin Ünalp, who 42 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. The Sakaryaspor players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Adalar JK were winning 1-2.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Hüsrev Şems was the one to do the kick off. Sakaryaspor's Baybars Yüksel proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 90th minute of the match, managed to save Sakaryaspor from getting a goal against them. An unexpected shot in the 98th minute by Paşa Ali Tacik got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Adalar JK's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
