Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Altuğ Öztanır got the match started through his kick off. The supporters of Yahyali FK booed when GÖZTEPE was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Yavuz Selim Uçkun didn't get a good kick on the ball. Hilmi Babürşah received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 6th minute. Enver Akman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Hilmi Babürşah recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 8th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Hilmi Babürşah in the 14th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Enver Akman prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Hilmi Babürşah had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Hilmi Babürşah sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Enver Akman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Olcay Orkun Eraslan in the 21st minute of play. After having played for 23 minutes, Hilmi Babürşah managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Yahyali FK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Hilmi Babürşah was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 26 minutes, Kutalp Kutun mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Yahyali FK and the GÖZTEPE players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 26th minute, Kutalp Kutun hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Hazım Cerit, 27 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. After a defensive mix-up in GÖZTEPE's zone, Hilmi Babürşah stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Enver Akman came out of the goal and Hilmi Babürşah tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Enver Akman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Olcay Orkun Eraslan in the 32nd minute of the match. After 33 played minutes GÖZTEPE got a freekick which was hit by Yavuz Selim Uçkun. Hilmi Babürşah struck a weak shot in the 34th minute. Enver Akman didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Yahyali FK. An unexpectedly hard shot by Olcay Orkun Eraslan in the 35th minute of play forced GÖZTEPE's goalkeeper Enver Akman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Hilmi Babürşah fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Enver Akman having to interfere. In the 38th minute, Yavuz Selim Uçkun hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 41 minutes of play, Yahyali FK's Olcay Orkun Eraslan made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Enver Akman was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 44 played minutes Yahyali FK got a freekick which was hit by Kutalp Kutun. Enver Akman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hilmi Babürşah, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Olcay Orkun Eraslan was the one to do the kick off. An unexpected shot in the 60th minute by Hilmi Babürşah got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Yavuz Selim Uçkun struck a weak shot in the 66th minute. Ünsal İnan didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for GÖZTEPE. Enver Akman was a little too slow when Olcay Orkun Eraslan got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 71st minute. The score was now 0-2. With a little luck, GÖZTEPE's Enver Akman got control of the ball when Hilmi Babürşah tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Olcay Orkun Eraslan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 89th minute, Olcay Orkun Eraslan managed to get in a good position for a shot. Yahyali FK's supporters rose to their feet, but Olcay Orkun Eraslan was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Enver Akman breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 93 minutes into the match, GÖZTEPE's goal looked a bit too open when Kutalp Kutun came free, but Enver Akman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Olcay Orkun Eraslan in the 95th minute of play forced GÖZTEPE's goalkeeper Enver Akman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Yahyali FK's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
