Battal Cüneyt Cerme fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Göksel Ünsaç having to interfere. Göksel Ünsaç made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Berkem Zor in the 14th minute of play. In the 21st minute Suphi Kocaman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ali Harzemşah saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Devlet Sarıkaya charged in rather forcefully in the 23rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Devlet Sarıkaya the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 23rd match minute, RCF ESPANOL was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Devlet Sarıkaya to maneuver through the defense. Ali Harzemşah didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Halim Korcan went, in the 26th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. After a defensive mix-up in Yenilmez FatihSpor FC's zone, Halim Korcan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ali Harzemşah came out of the goal and Halim Korcan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Suphi Kocaman stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, Yenilmez FatihSpor FC's goal looked a bit too open when Halim Korcan came free, but Ali Harzemşah reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Göksel Ünsaç took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Berkem Zor, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Çetin Geylani sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Halim Korcan's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ali Harzemşah read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 60th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 61st minute, Halim Korcan managed to get in a good position for a shot. RCF ESPANOL's supporters rose to their feet, but Halim Korcan was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ali Harzemşah prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Göksel Ünsaç showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Berkem Zor in the 83rd minute of the match. Berkem Zor struck a weak shot in the 85th minute. Göksel Ünsaç didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Yenilmez FatihSpor FC. The audience was convinced that Battal Cüneyt Cerme's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Göksel Ünsaç was relentless in the 87th minute of the game. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. RCF ESPANOL walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
