Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Sümer Başesgioğlu kicked off to start the match. In the 3rd minute, Cuma Öztek left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Yeşilbayırbelediyespor fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. In the 6th minute, Nihat Yanık hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Sümer Başesgioğlu fired away a difficult shot at goal in the 15th minute. He almost succeeded, but the ball went over. It was a very nice shot. Abdi Mehmet Özmen hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Selim Yöner in the 21st minute of play forced Ürgüp's goalkeeper Tuncay Pınarbaşı to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 28th minute, Cuma Öztek managed to get in a good position for a shot. Yeşilbayırbelediyespor's supporters rose to their feet, but Cuma Öztek was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tuncay Pınarbaşı breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Sümer Başesgioğlu fell near the penalty area in the 35th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ürgüp's protests and gave Sümer Başesgioğlu a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Yeşilbayırbelediyespor booed when Ürgüp was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sümer Başesgioğlu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Cuma Öztek could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 36th minute of the match, but Tuncay Pınarbaşı made a huge save. If Cuma Öztek had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ürgüp:s Tuncay Pınarbaşı showed great skill when he stopped Ahmet Rıfat Tekke:s penalty. 41 minutes into the game, Yeşilbayırbelediyespor's Ahmet Rıfat Tekke nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Tuncay Pınarbaşı made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. Sümer Başesgioğlu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 44th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Selim Yöner made the kick off in the second half. Tuncay Pınarbaşı showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cuma Öztek, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. Tuncay Pınarbaşı made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Selim Yöner in the 58th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Şadi Tüzünalp during the 60th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 60 played minutes Ürgüp got a freekick which was hit by Şadi Tüzünalp. After 62 minutes, Selim Yöner mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Yeşilbayırbelediyespor and the Ürgüp players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Ürgüp booed when Yeşilbayırbelediyespor was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Selim Yöner didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Cuma Öztek came up free with the goalie in the 66th minute, the Yeşilbayırbelediyespor fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cuma Öztek couldn't finish the play. In the 72nd minute Sümer Başesgioğlu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cezmi İlenç saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cuma Öztek sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Bedrettin Erginay took the ball and in the 76 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Tuncay Pınarbaşı. Tuncay Pınarbaşı dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-1. In the 79th minute Selim Yöner shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tuncay Pınarbaşı saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tuncay Pınarbaşı didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Selim Yöner went, in the 82nd minute, to the upper right corner, 5-1 was the resulting score. The audience thought a goal was coming when Sümer Başesgioğlu got free with Cezmi İlenç in the 88th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Sümer Başesgioğlu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Cezmi İlenç tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Sümer Başesgioğlu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 92nd minute, Sümer Başesgioğlu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.
