After a defensive mix-up in GımGımSpor's zone, Ahmet Korcan Gürgen stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Aybek Nusrettin came out of the goal and Ahmet Korcan Gürgen tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Hasan Ali Cankan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. GımGımSpor's Göktuğ Adanır got a good chance for a goal in the 11th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ahmet Korcan Gürgen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Aybek Nusrettin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Bedrettin Hacısalihoğlu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Necat Işık tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Yaman Bucuklu charged in rather forcefully in the 24th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Yaman Bucuklu the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 23 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for KOCAELİSPOR! With a couple of smart ball manuevers Hasan Ali Cankan in the 31st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Aybek Nusrettin saved GımGımSpor from getting behind. Bedrettin Hacısalihoğlu hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. If Ahmet Korcan Gürgen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ahmet Korcan Gürgen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 42nd minute Hasan Ali Cankan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aybek Nusrettin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Hasan Ali Cankan came up free with the goalie in the 45th minute, the KOCAELİSPOR fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hasan Ali Cankan couldn't finish the play.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Hasan Ali Cankan stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. GımGımSpor's Bedrettin Hacısalihoğlu got his second yellow card of the match in the 52nd minute. The referee ordered Bedrettin Hacısalihoğlu off the ground. A collision led to GımGımSpor getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Bedrettin Hacısalihoğlu hit a great ball. Ahmet Korcan Gürgen could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 56th minute of the match, but Aybek Nusrettin made a huge save. Aybek Nusrettin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hasan Ali Cankan in the 57th minute of the match. Hasan Ali Cankan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 62nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 68 minutes into the game, Göktuğ Adanır was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. GımGımSpor's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave KOCAELİSPOR the free kick. Ahmet Korcan Gürgen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 73rd minute, Ahmet Korcan Gürgen managed to get in a good position for a shot. KOCAELİSPOR's supporters rose to their feet, but Ahmet Korcan Gürgen was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Aybek Nusrettin breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Şeray Şanberk received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Necat Işık tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 80th minute the ball was on its way in behind GımGımSpor's goalkeeper Aybek Nusrettin, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Göktuğ Adanır got his second yellow card in the match during the 83rd minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. If Özdemir Zülfikar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 93rd minute the ball was on its way in behind GımGımSpor's goalkeeper Aybek Nusrettin, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar.
