Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) ARDAHANSPOR's Oğuzkan Demiroğlu started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Adem Yücealp sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Kerimhan Gürçınar stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Adem Yücealp's shot from short distance in the 19th minute. After 21 played minutes Guards FC got a freekick which was hit by Osman Ali Sağanalp. Oğuzkan Demiroğlu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Mustafa Barış Ciray tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 28 minutes of play, Guards FC's Adem Yücealp made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Kerimhan Gürçınar was left in no man's land by his defense there! Mustafa Barış Ciray showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Yüksel Dalmaz, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. 36 minutes into the game, Bahtiyar Aktaç was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. ARDAHANSPOR's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Guards FC the free kick. A collision led to ARDAHANSPOR getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. Bahtiyar Aktaç hit a great ball. When Gürhan Faydalı came up free with the goalie in the 38th minute, the Guards FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gürhan Faydalı couldn't finish the play. In the 41st minute, Guards FC's Hayrullah Özgenay ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Kerimhan Gürçınar. Kerimhan Gürçınar yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-0. In the 45th minute Hayrullah Özgenay shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kerimhan Gürçınar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Adem Yücealp stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The audience was convinced that Adem Yücealp's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Kerimhan Gürçınar was relentless in the 52nd minute of the game. After a defensive mix-up in ARDAHANSPOR's zone, Hayrullah Özgenay stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Kerimhan Gürçınar came out of the goal and Hayrullah Özgenay tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 61st minute, Bahtiyar Aktaç hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 62nd minute of the match Rene Guerau sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Kerimhan Gürçınar skillfully saved the ball. Hayrullah Özgenay fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kerimhan Gürçınar having to interfere. After 74 played minutes Guards FC got a freekick which was hit by Hayrullah Özgenay. Guards FC's Mustafa Barış Ciray proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 76th minute of the match, managed to save Guards FC from getting a goal against them. After some fancy dribbling in the 77th minute, Adem Yücealp managed to get in a good position for a shot. Guards FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Adem Yücealp was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Kerimhan Gürçınar breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Adem Yücealp had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 83rd minute, Adem Yücealp got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Yiğit Reca received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Kerimhan Gürçınar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 92 played minutes ARDAHANSPOR got a freekick which was hit by Bahtiyar Aktaç. The supporters of Guards FC booed when ARDAHANSPOR was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hamza Sırat didn't get a good kick on the ball. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Guards FC had played much better football throughout.
