Kamber Özen made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. GÜMÜŞHANESPOR's Kamber Özen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Necdet Çinuçin in the 22nd minute of play. After 23 minutes, Ali Cengiz Taylan mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the GÜMÜŞHANESPOR and the Battalgazi players grew even worse after the yellow card. Turgay Uğurcan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After a rather tough play, GÜMÜŞHANESPOR's Ercüment Pınar got a free kick in the 53rd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Necdet Çinuçin in the 56th minute of play forced GÜMÜŞHANESPOR's goalkeeper Kamber Özen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
