In the 8th minute, Tiago Correia got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Atilla İsiman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tiago Correia in the 12th minute of play. İsmail Akdiken sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Rapogil booed when K.SAKARYA•FK•1996 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tiago Correia didn't get a good kick on the ball. Bilge Aldemir could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 24th minute of the match, but Mustafa Ali Energin made a huge save. With a little luck, K.SAKARYA•FK•1996's Mustafa Ali Energin got control of the ball when Hikmet Kumuk tried to sneak it across the goal line. When Tiago Correia came up free with the goalie in the 31st minute, the K.SAKARYA•FK•1996 fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tiago Correia couldn't finish the play. If Rahim Hasanoğlu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tiago Correia received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Atilla İsiman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Atilla İsiman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rahim Hasanoğlu, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. Tiago Correia struck a weak shot in the 38th minute. Atilla İsiman didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for K.SAKARYA•FK•1996. K.SAKARYA•FK•1996's Tiago Correia got a good chance for a goal in the 39th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Atilla İsiman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tiago Correia in the 43rd minute of play. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Tiago Correia to make the kick off. Rapogil's Atilla İsiman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tiago Correia in the 51st minute of play. When Ahmet Korcan Arıkhan came up free with the goalie in the 54th minute, the K.SAKARYA•FK•1996 fans jumped to their feet. In the 56th minute, Tiago Correia got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 59 played minutes Rapogil got a freekick which was hit by Bilge Aldemir. In the 61st minute, Tiago Correia made a precise shot to the right of Atilla İsiman. Rapogil's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. K.SAKARYA•FK•1996's Güney Özerkin got a good chance for a goal in the 67th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Anıl Cenk Üster had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Atilla İsiman came out of the goal in the 71st minute to try and stop a shot by K.SAKARYA•FK•1996's Tiago Correia. But to his dismay, Tiago Correia quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. After having played for 78 minutes, Rahim Hasanoğlu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. K.SAKARYA•FK•1996's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rahim Hasanoğlu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 80th minute Rahim Hasanoğlu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Atilla İsiman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Atilla İsiman stood somewhat misplaced when Ahmet Korcan Arıkhan came free in front of goal and shot 0-3 to the left of him in the 81 minute. Ahmet Korcan Arıkhan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Atilla İsiman having to interfere. If Rahim Hasanoğlu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Ahmet Korcan Arıkhan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Atilla İsiman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mustafa Ali Energin stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of İsmail Akdiken's shot from short distance in the 94th minute. K.SAKARYA•FK•1996's Mustafa Ali Energin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bilge Aldemir in the 96th minute of play. When the final whistle sounded K.SAKARYA•FK•1996 left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Rapogil.
