Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Hüsnü Hızır started the match with the kick off. After having played for 4 minutes, Ersin Arslan managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Akyurt FK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ersin Arslan was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ersin Arslan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 6th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. If Beyhan İlsev had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Göktas JK's Gökhun Sadan got a free kick in the 17th minute. Lütfullah Numan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Feyyaz Derelioğlu, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. In the 22nd minute Ersin Arslan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lütfullah Numan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 29 minutes into the game, Akyurt FK's Ersin Arslan nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Lütfullah Numan made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. After a defensive mix-up in Göktas JK's zone, Ersin Arslan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Lütfullah Numan came out of the goal and Ersin Arslan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 36th minute of the game. One of Göktas JK:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Akyurt FK:s goal. Lütfullah Numan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ersin Arslan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

In the 57th minute, Hüsnü Hızır left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Göktas JK fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. If Günalp Kenan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. Beyhan İlsev received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Lütfullah Numan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 79th minute, Feyyaz Derelioğlu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Göktas JK's Hüsnü Hızır got a good chance for a goal in the 81st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.
