After a rather tough play, Barakuda Sk's Birant Öznur got a free kick in the 3rd minute. With a little luck, Barakuda Sk's Emrullah Egin got control of the ball when Mürsel Seza tried to sneak it across the goal line. Gökhun Canalp showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zekeriya Yeğrek, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. Emrullah Egin was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Murathan Talayer showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 22 minute of play. Mürsel Seza sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Birant Öznur charged in rather forcefully in the 27th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Birant Öznur the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. If Murathan Talayer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Emrullah Egin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Murathan Talayer, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Kadiköy JK getting a freekick after 38 minutes play. İldeniz Yezid hit a great ball. In the 39th minute, Tayyar Turgay sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Kadiköy JK's Gökhun Canalp didn't even have to move. An unexpectedly hard shot by İzzet İcabi in the 43rd minute of play forced Barakuda Sk's goalkeeper Emrullah Egin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Murathan Talayer fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Emrullah Egin having to interfere. In the 62nd minute, Bozkurt Guftar made a precise shot to the right of Gökhun Canalp. Kadiköy JK's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. The audience thought a goal was coming when Bozkurt Guftar got free with Gökhun Canalp in the 95th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Gökhun Canalp made an important save on a dangerous shot by Bozkurt Guftar in the 97th minute. After 97 minutes of play Kadiköy JK's İldeniz Yezid was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. In the 98th match minute, Kadiköy JK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by İldeniz Yezid to maneuver through the defense. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
