Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ovidiu Dănănae in the 3rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Bedih Çakmur prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Ovidiu Dănănae had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 5th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Hakkı Onur Orbey's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Bedih Çakmur read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 6th minute of play. Ovidiu Dănănae fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bedih Çakmur having to interfere. In a very dangerous position, a player in Death Claw fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 16th minute. Penalty! In the 17th minute there was a penalty for Trabzonspor. Sabahattin Sebati stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Bedih Çakmur. 0-1. In the 21st minute Aygün Esenboğa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bedih Çakmur saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Ovidiu Dănănae had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Death Claw's zone, Ovidiu Dănănae stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bedih Çakmur came out of the goal and Ovidiu Dănănae tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Bedih Çakmur stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ovidiu Dănănae's shot from short distance in the 36th minute. In the 39thth minute of the game Ovidiu Dănănae who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Death Claw's Bedih Çakmur was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Gencay Ersevim fell near the penalty area in the 40th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Death Claw's protests and gave Gencay Ersevim a yellow card for diving instead. Gencay Ersevim kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. When Trabzonspor's Ovidiu Dănănae in the 42nd minute got a chance for a shot 42nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Death Claw's goalie prevented a goal. After 43 played minutes Death Claw got a freekick which was hit by Songurhan Doğanlar. Ovidiu Dănănae recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 47th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ovidiu Dănănae made a kick off. Bedih Çakmur didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 52nd minute, which inside left pole to 0-2. In the 54th match minute, Trabzonspor was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sabahattin Sebati to maneuver through the defense. After 59 played minutes Death Claw got a freekick which was hit by Korhan Toregün. Eşref Yücealp took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ahmet Ziya Asıf, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Eşref Yücealp showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ahmet Ziya Asıf, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. Trabzonspor's Eşref Yücealp played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Korhan Toregün in the 72nd minute of play. Eşref Yücealp took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Korhan Toregün, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 74 minutes into the match, Trabzonspor's goal looked a bit too open when Korhan Toregün came free, but Eşref Yücealp reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ovidiu Dănănae sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ovidiu Dănănae received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Bedih Çakmur tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Bedih Çakmur stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ovidiu Dănănae's shot from short distance in the 89th minute. Bedih Çakmur was out of position in the 94 minute of play, and Ovidiu Dănănae capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Ovidiu Dănănae really showed his touch with that goal: 0-3. When the match was over Trabzonspor could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Death Claw throughout the match.
