Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Uygur Canberk took the kick off in the first half of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Cemil Mertoğul during the 3rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Reddemons FC getting a freekick after 3 minutes play. Cemil Mertoğul hit a great ball. The supporters of Reddemons FC booed when Football Club İstanbul was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Uygur Canberk didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Osman Eripek fell near the penalty area in the 7th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Reddemons FC's protests and gave Osman Eripek a yellow card for diving instead. Nejat İrfanoğlu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 11th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Uygur Canberk blasted a shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Kılıç Akkın having to make a save. In the 16th minute Uygur Canberk shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kılıç Akkın saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 27th minute, Cemil Mertoğul managed to get in a good position for a shot. Reddemons FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Cemil Mertoğul was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Halit Fahri Tanbey breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After some fancy dribbling in the 28th minute, Nejat İrfanoğlu managed to get in a good position for a shot. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Nejat İrfanoğlu to strike the kick off in the second half. Halit Fahri Tanbey showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nejat İrfanoğlu in the 51st minute of the match. If Nejat İrfanoğlu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 61 minutes, Erdinç Birsen mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Reddemons FC and the Football Club İstanbul players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 61st match minute, Reddemons FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Erdinç Birsen to maneuver through the defense. Kılıç Akkın showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Uygur Canberk, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. In the 65th minute, one of Reddemons FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Reddemons FC. Ali Galip Temirhan scored 0-1 in the 68th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Kılıç Akkın, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cemil Mertoğul in the 86th minute of play forced Football Club İstanbul's goalkeeper Halit Fahri Tanbey to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cemil Mertoğul received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Halit Fahri Tanbey tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Cemil Mertoğul kicked well hit freekick during the 89th minute of the match. Haluk Perkin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
