Ediz Ekinci blasted a shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Rafet Yazgı having to make a save. If Sarper Gülen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ahmet İlke Zülfü hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. 20 minutes into the match, Demirbilekspor's goal looked a bit too open when Ediz Ekinci came free, but Rafet Yazgı reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Emilio Stephen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Hürkan Özcan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Erol Karacan in the 32nd minute of the match. Rafet Yazgı made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ziya Hakyemez in the 36th minute of play. Demirbilekspor's Rafet Yazgı played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ediz Ekinci in the 37th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Demirbilekspor's zone, Emilio Stephen stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rafet Yazgı came out of the goal and Emilio Stephen tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ediz Ekinci made a kick off. In the 57th minute Ziya Hakyemez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rafet Yazgı saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Through an outstanding action, after 59 minutes, Rafet Yazgı successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Ediz Ekinci received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Rafet Yazgı tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ediz Ekinci could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 70th minute of the match, but Rafet Yazgı made a huge save. ALTINYILDIZ SK's Hürkan Özcan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bekir Şahbey in the 77th minute of play. Rafet Yazgı made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ediz Ekinci in the 89th minute. In the 90th minute, Ziya Hakyemez fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. After 96 minutes ALTINYILDIZ SK's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Ahmet İlke Zülfü who took care of the corner kick. When the final whistle sounded ALTINYILDIZ SK left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Demirbilekspor.
