Mücahit Cesur showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Orkun Ünlü, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. Kurucasile's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Alper Kanver was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. After a rather tough play, Gündogmus's Sinan Akbora got a free kick in the 36th minute. Hızır Harmancı scored 0-3 in the 39th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Mücahit Cesur, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Hayati Sena charged in rather forcefully in the 42nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Hayati Sena the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 42nd match minute, Kurucasile was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hayati Sena to maneuver through the defense. Mücahit Cesur showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alper Kanver in the 45th minute of the match. 47 minutes into the match, Gündogmus's goalkeeper Saša Vulinović had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ahmet Korkut Kutunalp. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

If Aral Demirtuğ had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tümer Yalkı in the 61st minute of play forced Gündogmus's goalkeeper Saša Vulinović to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Kurucasile's Ahmet Korkut Kutunalp in the 62nd minute got a chance for a shot 62nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Gündogmus's goalie prevented a goal. Thanks to some nice moves Alper Kanver could shoot a difficult shot in the 65th minute, which Mücahit Cesur however easily saved by the left post. Hızır Harmancı was extremely unlucky when he, in the 66th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. 69 minutes into the game, Gündogmus's Alper Kanver nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Mücahit Cesur made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-4. In the 74th minute Hızır Harmancı shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mücahit Cesur saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Alper Kanver sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Tamer Başkara took the ball and in the 93 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Mücahit Cesur. Mücahit Cesur dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-6. Gündogmus's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
