The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 8 minutes into the match, Eskipazar's goal looked a bit too open when Aras Oylum came free, but Mehmet Hamdi Okay reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sergen Derman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Ahmet Haşim Taif tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 17 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Diyarbakir SK! In the 19th minute there was a penalty for Eskipazar. Arif Ensar Hızarcı stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Ahmet Haşim Taif. 1-0. Eskipazar's Osman Ali Aybar challenged an opponent after 25 minutes. The hit was so bad that he suffered a foot injury. Gürel Sefik received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Ahmet Haşim Taif tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 31st minute, Volkan Soysal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Eskipazar getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Gürel Sefik hit a great ball. 44 minutes into the match, Diyarbakir SK's goalkeeper Ahmet Haşim Taif had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Sergen Derman. In the 44th minute, Gürel Sefik got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Aras Oylum fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mehmet Hamdi Okay having to interfere. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Sergen Derman made a kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 52nd minute, Gürel Sefik managed to get in a good position for a shot. Eskipazar's supporters rose to their feet, but Gürel Sefik was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ahmet Haşim Taif breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Göktan Yiğitoğlu came up free with the goalie in the 56th minute, the Eskipazar fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Göktan Yiğitoğlu couldn't finish the play. Sergen Derman struck a weak shot in the 59th minute. Ahmet Haşim Taif didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Eskipazar. After some careless play in the Diyarbakir SK defense, Sergen Derman kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ahmet Haşim Taif. The Diyarbakir SK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ahmet Haşim Taif should have stopped the shot. If Sergen Derman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ahmet Haşim Taif didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Göktan Yiğitoğlu went, in the 73rd minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. In the 76th minute Gürel Sefik shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ahmet Haşim Taif saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Aras Oylums short, quick shot in the 77thth minute got Mehmet Hamdi Okay to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. The supporters of Eskipazar booed when Diyarbakir SK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alkın Pektaşi didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Sergen Derman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 84th minute, Genco Yenisey managed to get in a good position for a shot. Eskipazar's supporters rose to their feet, but Genco Yenisey was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ahmet Haşim Taif breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Aras Oylum sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. Eskipazar walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
