Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Özcan Ilıcan took the kick off in the first half of the match. Rüstem Taşkıner recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 11th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ahmet Reha Çapan kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. If Naci Demirer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, samsun spor's kaya Akgündüz got a free kick in the 34th minute. After 38 played minutes ATLETİCO FENERBAHÇE got a freekick which was hit by Hüsamettin Düden. Hayati Tuncer made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Naci Demirer in the 40th minute of play. After a rather tough play, ATLETİCO FENERBAHÇE's Çağan Güleç got a free kick in the 46th minute. Özcan Ilıcan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 48th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Naci Demirer was the one to do the kick off. When Caner İlkin fell near the penalty area in the 56th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored ATLETİCO FENERBAHÇE's protests and gave Caner İlkin a yellow card for diving instead. After 56 played minutes ATLETİCO FENERBAHÇE got a freekick which was hit by Caner İlkin. 57 minutes into the match, ATLETİCO FENERBAHÇE's goal looked a bit too open when Özcan Ilıcan came free, but Peker Üstay reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 58 played minutes samsun spor got a freekick which was hit by Turgut İmam. In the 78thth minute of the game Naci Demirer who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but samsun spor's Hayati Tuncer was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Naci Demirer in the 82nd minute of play forced samsun spor's goalkeeper Hayati Tuncer to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Naci Demirer fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hayati Tuncer having to interfere. After a rather tough play, samsun spor's kaya Akgündüz got a free kick in the 93rd minute. Hayati Tuncer made a fantastic save in the 94th minute, when Ahmet Reha Çapan sent off a good shot on target. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. ATLETİCO FENERBAHÇE walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
