In the 13thth minute of the game Ahmet Nasir Kıvanç who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but METALURJİPOWER's Mustafa Kemal Çakır was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The supporters of METALURJİPOWER booed when ŞahinKartal was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tuncay Kutuner didn't get a good kick on the ball. Sasho Kitin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eser Gümüş, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. Ahmet Nasir Kıvanç struck a weak shot in the 21st minute. Mustafa Kemal Çakır didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for ŞahinKartal. Işık Çiftçibaşı charged in rather forcefully in the 26th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ahmet Nasir Kıvanç made a kick off.
