Sabit Akbatur kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. In the 19th minute of the match Affan Revan shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Asrın Budaklı showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Berkan Tuluk's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Asrın Budaklı read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 21st minute of play. When the match clock showed 23 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Berkan Tuluk sped through Göztepe's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Asrın Budaklı. Berkan Tuluk's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Asrın Budaklı read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 37th minute of play. In the 39th minute, Sabit Akbatur hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Berkan Tuluk in the 40th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Asrın Budaklı saved Göztepe from getting behind. When Gürkan Özdamar fell near the penalty area in the 41st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Göztepe's protests and gave Gürkan Özdamar a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Göztepe getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. Gürkan Özdamar hit a great ball. 44 minutes into the match, Kirklareli JK's Berkan Tuluk sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Asrın Budaklı narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 45th minute, Hulusi Akdoruk managed to get in a good position for a shot. Kirklareli JK's supporters rose to their feet, but Hulusi Akdoruk was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Asrın Budaklı breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Hulusi Akdoruk recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 48th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The Göztepe players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Kirklareli JK were winning 0-2.

With a little luck, Göztepe's Asrın Budaklı got control of the ball when Hulusi Akdoruk tried to sneak it across the goal line. Hulusi Akdoruk sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Asrın Budaklı made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Berkan Tuluk in the 73rd minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Göztepe's zone, Hulusi Akdoruk stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Asrın Budaklı came out of the goal and Hulusi Akdoruk tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Hulusi Akdoruk who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 76thth minute tested the skills of Asrın Budaklı when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 83rd minute, Göztepe's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Berkan Tuluk fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. The supporters of Kirklareli JK booed when Göztepe was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gürkan Özdamar didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 86th minute, Berkan Tuluk fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Asrın Budaklı, passed just outside the right post. Hulusi Akdoruk's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 89thth minute, Asrın Budaklı skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. After 97 played minutes Berkan Tuluk rounded Göztepe's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 0-5. Kirklareli JK played a much better game than Göztepe and deserved their victory. The Göztepe players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
