Ünal Hızarcı fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cenap Şafak having to interfere. If Cenap Balıkçıoğlu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cenap Şafak made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ali Garipbaş in the 11th minute. Agah User received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Bedih Dertsiz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some careless play in the Senpazar defense, Ali Garipbaş kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Cenap Şafak. The Senpazar fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Cenap Şafak should have stopped the shot. İskender Baki Rezan hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. The supporters of Bor booed when Senpazar was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. İskender Baki Rezan didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ünal Hızarcı might have been able to make a better finish in the 32nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Cenap Şafak. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ünal Hızarcı ran back to his position shaking his head. Cenap Şafak showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ünal Hızarcı in the 44th minute of the match. Agah User sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ünal Hızarcı to make the kick off. The audience thought a goal was coming when Agah User got free with Bedih Dertsiz in the 87th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 98th match minute, Senpazar was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by İskender Baki Rezan to maneuver through the defense. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Bor had won after a very even match.
