Ferit Demirtekin took the ball and in the 37 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Dündar Beytekin. Dündar Beytekin dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. In the 42nd minute Eşref Özalpsan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Feridun Salih saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 46 minutes into the game, Ferit Demirtekin cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Dündar Beytekin was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Latif Cumali made the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Mus FK getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Yavuz Selim Rafettin hit a great ball. With his leg Feridun Salih managed to avoid a goal in the 67thth minute, when Mus FK's Latif Cumali fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Özal Sungurtekin hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. If Ferit Demirtekin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After a defensive mix-up in Hayrat SK's zone, Eşref Özalpsan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Feridun Salih came out of the goal and Eşref Özalpsan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 95 minutes into the match, Hayrat SK's goalkeeper Feridun Salih had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Eşref Özalpsan. After a rather tough play, Hayrat SK's Yüce Tunçbilek got a free kick in the 97th minute. Mus FK's Latif Cumali got a good chance for a goal in the 98th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.
