Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Ekmekspor's İshak Üstündağ started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Ekmekspor's Özbek İçöz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kutlay Çelikhan in the 6th minute of play. In the 7th minute, Mikail Usberk hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Ekmekspor getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. İsmail Orhun Arslanşah hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in KONYASPOR's zone, İshak Üstündağ stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Baykan Canal came out of the goal and İshak Üstündağ tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 29 minutes into the match, İshak Üstündağ had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Baykan Canal. KONYASPOR's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that İshak Üstündağ was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. In the 34th match minute, Ekmekspor was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by İsmail Orhun Arslanşah to maneuver through the defense. In the 36th minute, Kutlay Çelikhan fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. If İshak Üstündağ had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With his leg Özbek İçöz managed to avoid a goal in the 45thth minute, when KONYASPOR's Aycan Talu fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Kutlay Çelikhan made a kick off. In the 54th match minute, Ekmekspor was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Anıl Arda Talut to maneuver through the defense. Kutlay Çelikhan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. İshak Üstündağ received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Baykan Canal tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. İshak Üstündağ fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Baykan Canal having to interfere. After 70 played minutes Ekmekspor got a freekick which was hit by Anıl Arda Talut. After 71 played minutes, KONYASPOR's Nazil Yaltır shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Özbek İçöz came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in KONYASPOR reached it. After 73 played minutes Ekmekspor got a freekick which was hit by Dário Albuquerque. Aycan Talu took the ball and in the 75 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Özbek İçöz. Özbek İçöz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. If Aycan Talu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 82nd match minute, KONYASPOR was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nazil Yaltır to maneuver through the defense. Baykan Canal made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ali Numan Uçar in the 84th minute. The long shot by Rüknettin Şatıroğlu in the 86th minute really tested Baykan Canal's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. After having played for 90 minutes, İshak Üstündağ managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ekmekspor's supporters crossed their fingers, but İshak Üstündağ was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 92 minutes into the game, Anıl Arda Talut was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ekmekspor's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave KONYASPOR the free kick. When the match had gone on for 96 minutes, Ali Numan Uçar took a quick shot and it went in 1-2 without a chance for Baykan Canal to make any attempt to save it.
