Raşit Saltukalp made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ataol Üstündağ in the 5th minute of play. Kadri Gökekin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ragıp Zihni in the 6th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ragıp Zihni in the 9th minute of play forced Dragon Arena's goalkeeper Kadri Gökekin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 11 minutes into the game, Abdulmelik Ülküm was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Dragon Arena's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Gencjler the free kick. Abdulmelik Ülküm kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. Ragıp Zihni received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Kadri Gökekin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Kadri Gökekin stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ragıp Zihni's shot from short distance in the 16th minute. After having played for 17 minutes, Oğuzkan Er managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Dragon Arena's supporters crossed their fingers, but Oğuzkan Er was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Abdulmelik Ülküm hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. 22 minutes into the match, Gencjler's goalkeeper Raşit Saltukalp had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Arda Ozan Alansoy. Ender Özdilmaç received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Kadri Gökekin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Kadri Gökekin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ragıp Zihni, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 30 minutes, Ataol Üstündağ managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ahmet Fikret Birhan's late challenge caught a Dragon Arena's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ahmet Fikret Birhan helped the player get up and apologised. In the 38th minute, Ahmet Fikret Birhan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Keramettin Ozan was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 41 minutes into the match. After 41 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Gencjler! In the 43rd minute, Dragon Arena got a penalty, and İsmail Cem Ufki placed the ball unsaveable into goal, by the right post.
After having played for 53 minutes, Arda Ozan Alansoy managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Dragon Arena's supporters crossed their fingers, but Arda Ozan Alansoy was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Lütfü Özkutsal hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. 59 minutes into the game, Dragon Arena's Arda Ozan Alansoy nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Raşit Saltukalp made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. After 62 played minutes Dragon Arena got a freekick which was hit by Abdulmelik Ülküm. Ataol Üstündağ sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Arda Ozan Alansoy came up free with the goalie in the 83rd minute, the Dragon Arena fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Arda Ozan Alansoy couldn't finish the play. Gencjler's Ender Özdilmaç got a good chance for a goal in the 85th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ender Özdilmaç sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ender Özdilmaç might have been able to make a better finish in the 90th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Kadri Gökekin. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ender Özdilmaç ran back to his position shaking his head. Berkem Durali fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kadri Gökekin having to interfere. When Arda Ozan Alansoy came up free with the goalie in the 94th minute, the Dragon Arena fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Arda Ozan Alansoy couldn't finish the play. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Dragon Arena fans cheered their team off the field, for while Gencjler had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
