Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Baran Vatansever kicked off to start the match. Faruk Nafiz Yumlu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Üzeyir Sebih in the 8th minute of the match. In the 9th minute, Namık Kemal Korgan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 10 minutes into the match, Özal Oral had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Andaç Hataylı. Umitspor's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Özal Oral was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Üzeyir Sebih sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Anıl Cenk Ilımlı sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Anıl Cenk Ilımlı took the ball and in the 17 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Faruk Nafiz Yumlu. Faruk Nafiz Yumlu dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Anıl Cenk Ilımlı received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Faruk Nafiz Yumlu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 29 minutes into the match, Metehan Ecemiş notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Umitspor's Andaç Hataylı. Andaç Hataylı was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 32nd minute, Hasret Uğurcan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Baran Vatansever in the 35th minute of play forced Umitspor's goalkeeper Andaç Hataylı to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 40 minutes into the match, Üzeyir Sebih notched a goal, 2-2, to the right of Galatasaray Ruhu's Faruk Nafiz Yumlu. Faruk Nafiz Yumlu was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Üzeyir Sebih to make the kick off. In the 59th minute, Umitspor's Süleyman Hayal seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Süleyman Hayal the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Umitspor protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Süleyman Hayal had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 58th minute of the game. One of Umitspor:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Galatasaray Ruhu:s goal. In the 61st minute there was a penalty for Galatasaray Ruhu. Özal Oral stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Andaç Hataylı. 3-2. Kahraman Yiğitoğlu might have been able to make a better finish in the 65th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Faruk Nafiz Yumlu. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Kahraman Yiğitoğlu ran back to his position shaking his head. Anıl Cenk Ilımlı fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Faruk Nafiz Yumlu having to interfere. Dursun Rukni blasted a shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Faruk Nafiz Yumlu having to make a save. 72 minutes into the game, Caner Esentürk recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Faruk Nafiz Yumlu. Caner Esentürk showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-3. If Baran Vatansever had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 86 minutes into the match, Metehan Ecemiş had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Andaç Hataylı. Umitspor's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Metehan Ecemiş was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-3. After having played for 96 minutes, Baran Vatansever managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Galatasaray Ruhu's supporters crossed their fingers, but Baran Vatansever was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Namık Kemal Korgan kicked well hit freekick during the 97th minute of the match. The Galatasaray Ruhu players were eager to celebrate when the final whistle sounded. They had somehow managed to win, even though the away team had held the majority of the possession.
