Ayvaz Uyaralp succeeded in the game's 4th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-0. In the 7th minute Ersan Muhteşem shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Menderes Ergüven saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Menderes Ergüven made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Şerif Özerdinc in the 8th minute of play. Menderes Ergüven showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ersan Muhteşem, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. The supporters of Hani booed when Akcaabat SK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Şerif Özerdinc didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the match clock showed 12 minutes, the score became 2-0 when Berkin Tunalı sped through Akcaabat SK's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Cenk Cinel. In the 15th minute, Ahmet Vefik Buğdaycı left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Akcaabat SK fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. Akcaabat SK's Cenk Cinel proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 21st minute of the match, managed to save Akcaabat SK from getting a goal against them. Haluk Rezzak struck a weak shot in the 25th minute. Menderes Ergüven didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Akcaabat SK. 27 minutes into the match, Haluk Rezzak notched a goal, 2-2, to the right of Hani's Menderes Ergüven. Menderes Ergüven was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The audience thought a goal was coming when Berkin Tunalı got free with Cenk Cinel in the 30th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Cenk Cinel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ayvaz Uyaralp, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Akcaabat SK getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Saltuk Öztunç hit a great ball. A hard shot by Adnan Uğurtan from long distance, 35 minutes into the match, got Cenk Cinel's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. When Berkin Tunalı came up free with the goalie in the 44th minute, the Hani fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Berkin Tunalı couldn't finish the play. Ayvaz Uyaralp sent away a hard shot on goal in the 48th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ayvaz Uyaralp stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Menderes Ergüven was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Haluk Rezzak showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-3 in the 52 minute of play. Berkin Tunalı recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 56th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Cenk Cinel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ayvaz Uyaralp, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Menderes Ergüven showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Şerif Özerdinc in the 63rd minute of the match. A collision led to Akcaabat SK getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Ahmet Vefik Buğdaycı hit a great ball. After 76 played minutes Akcaabat SK got a freekick which was hit by Ersan Muhteşem. Ayvaz Uyaralp took the ball and in the 77 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Cenk Cinel. Cenk Cinel dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-3. 85 minutes into the game, Haluk Rezzak lined in a short shot 4-4 behind a frustrated Menderes Ergüven. Fred Fernandez's late challenge caught a Akcaabat SK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Fred Fernandez helped the player get up and apologised. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ersan Muhteşem during the 93rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Akcaabat SK getting a freekick after 93 minutes play. Ersan Muhteşem hit a great ball. Adnan Uğurtan made in the 96th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Akcaabat SK's Haluk Rezzak. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
