In the 4th minute of the match Ender Nizami shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Behlül Canel showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. When Hayrabolu JK's Güven Okyar in the 5th minute got a chance for a shot 5th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. The referee ignored Findikli SK's protests and gave Asım Arif Eke a yellow card for diving instead. In the 5th minute, Asım Arif Eke hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Karadeniz Acunalp sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Findikli SK's Baha Ülgü got a free kick in the 11th minute. Ali Asım Evvah didn't quite understand what happened when in the 13 minute of the game managed to get a great opportunity for a goal and then missed the goal by a feet. Behlül Canel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Adnan Ferikoğlu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 16th minute, Karadeniz Acunalp ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Behlül Canel was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. After 22 minutes of play, Hayrabolu JK's Adnan Ferikoğlu made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Behlül Canel was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 30 minutes, Lütfi Sebih mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Hayrabolu JK and the Findikli SK players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Hayrabolu JK getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Lütfi Sebih hit a great ball. The supporters of Hayrabolu JK booed when Findikli SK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Suavi İlenç didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 33 minutes, Karadeniz Acunalp managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Hayrabolu JK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Karadeniz Acunalp was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Güven Okyar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 39th minute the ball was on its way in behind Findikli SK's goalkeeper Behlül Canel, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Karadeniz Acunalp blasted a shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Behlül Canel having to make a save.

The wind increased when Barlas Resul made the kick off in the second half. Suavi İlenç recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 51st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Barlas Resul had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute.
