If Vecdet Durali had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Etimesgut's Abdurrahim Ülkümen got a free kick in the 12th minute. Esme FK's Göktan Gülle proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 15th minute of the match, managed to save Esme FK from getting a goal against them. Esme FK's Göktan Gülle played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Baysal Mukaddes in the 17th minute of play. In the 21stth minute of the game Ali Cafer Verim who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Etimesgut's Erhan Kelami was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Esme FK's Ali Cafer Verim in the 23rd minute got a chance for a shot 23rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Etimesgut's goalie prevented a goal. Etimesgut's Erhan Kelami played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hüseyin Can Ayyıldız in the 26th minute of play. If Gürol Engintalay had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Derman Mutlualp kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. In the 30th minute İsmail Öveç shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Göktan Gülle saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 34th minute Ali Cafer Verim shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Erhan Kelami saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Vecdet Durali came up free with the goalie in the 38th minute, the Esme FK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Vecdet Durali couldn't finish the play. Ali Cafer Verim struck a weak shot in the 40th minute. Erhan Kelami didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Esme FK. After 43 played minutes, Esme FK's Resul Devlet shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Erhan Kelami came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Esme FK reached it. The supporters of Esme FK booed when Etimesgut was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gürol Engintalay didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 47 minutes, İsmail Öveç managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Etimesgut's supporters crossed their fingers, but İsmail Öveç was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Baysal Mukaddes to make the kick off. Baysal Mukaddes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Göktan Gülle having to interfere. Esme FK's Ali Cafer Verim was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 59th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Vecdet Durali sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the match had gone on for 65 minutes, Vecdet Durali took a quick shot and it went in 0-2 without a chance for Erhan Kelami to make any attempt to save it. Baysal Mukaddes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Göktan Gülle having to interfere. 71 minutes into the game, Etimesgut's Baysal Mukaddes nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Göktan Gülle made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. Baysal Mukaddes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Göktan Gülle showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Baysal Mukaddes, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. In the 84th minute Vecdet Durali shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Erhan Kelami saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Baysal Mukaddes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Abdurrezzak Cangur during the 88th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Etimesgut getting a freekick after 88 minutes play. Abdurrezzak Cangur hit a great ball. Ali Cafer Verim fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Erhan Kelami having to interfere. In the 94th minute, Gürol Engintalay hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Göktan Gülle took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Baysal Mukaddes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The Esme FK players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
