Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Ejder Sururi took the kick off in the first half of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tuna Pekol in the 5th minute of play forced Kurtuluş SK's goalkeeper Hüseyin Rahmi Yazargil to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Hüseyin Rahmi Yazargil showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ejder Sururi, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. Hüseyin Rahmi Yazargil made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ejder Sururi in the 8th minute of play. Hacı Ali Reşan was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 12th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Mehmet Çağrı Dikmen. After having played for 13 minutes, Ferit Ruşen managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Kurtuluş SK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ferit Ruşen was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Müslüm Akçakıl blasted a shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Hüseyin Rahmi Yazargil having to make a save. If Müslüm Akçakıl had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 20 minutes into the match, Ejder Sururi had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Hüseyin Rahmi Yazargil. Kurtuluş SK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ejder Sururi was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Müslüm Akçakıl sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Kabatas JK's Müslüm Akçakıl got a good chance for a goal in the 31st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ömür Konguralp kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. When Kabatas JK's Ejder Sururi in 33 game minutes managed to cut through with the ball in front of the goal, only having to shoot. Hüseyin Rahmi Yazargil guarding the goal like a pit bull was extremely focused and managed to reach the ball just by the crossbar before it went in. Kurtuluş SK's Hüseyin Rahmi Yazargil played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Müslüm Akçakıl in the 35th minute of play. Hacı Ali Reşan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ferit Ruşen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ferit Ruşen was the one to do the kick off. Hacı Ali Reşan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sinan Durusan in the 54th minute of the match. Tuna Pekol kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. If Ferit Ruşen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 60 minutes into the game, Kurtuluş SK's Sinan Durusan nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Hacı Ali Reşan made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. Ferit Ruşen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hacı Ali Reşan having to interfere. Hüseyin Rahmi Yazargil made a fantastic save in the 68th minute, when Müslüm Akçakıl sent off a good shot on target. Müslüm Akçakıl's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Hüseyin Rahmi Yazargil read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 69th minute of play. Hüseyin Rahmi Yazargil made an important save on a dangerous shot by Müslüm Akçakıl in the 71st minute. If Sinan Durusan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Hacı Ali Reşan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ferit Ruşen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Sinan Durusan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Hacı Ali Reşan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 86 minutes into the match, Kabatas JK's Ejder Sururi sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Hüseyin Rahmi Yazargil narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 87 minutes into the match, Kurtuluş SK's goalkeeper Hüseyin Rahmi Yazargil had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Müslüm Akçakıl. In the 88th minute, Kabatas JK's Ejder Sururi dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-2. 92 minutes into the match, Kurtuluş SK's goalkeeper Hüseyin Rahmi Yazargil had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Müslüm Akçakıl.
