In the 13th minute of the match, Lütfi Işınay got a very nice opportunity to score, but Battal Cüneyt Değirmenci was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. In the 27th minute, Kemal Bengisoy hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Lütfi Işınay received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Battal Cüneyt Değirmenci tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

After some fancy dribbling in the 52nd minute, Seçkin Perver managed to get in a good position for a shot. BeŞiKTaŞ FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Seçkin Perver was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Battal Cüneyt Değirmenci breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Lütfi Işınay recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 56th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 61 minutes into the match, BeŞiKTaŞ FC's Lütfi Işınay sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Battal Cüneyt Değirmenci narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 65 minutes into the match, Anıl Mücahit Ethem had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Battal Cüneyt Değirmenci. Demirkol FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Anıl Mücahit Ethem was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. In the 72nd minute, Lütfi Işınay made a precise shot to the right of Battal Cüneyt Değirmenci. Demirkol FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. Demirkol FC's Battal Cüneyt Değirmenci played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lütfi Işınay in the 76th minute of play. Battal Cüneyt Değirmenci took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Seçkin Perver, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Sezer Özdemir sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in BeŞiKTaŞ FC's zone, Cihangir Temur stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Demiralp Kudret came out of the goal and Cihangir Temur tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 97 minutes into the match, BeŞiKTaŞ FC's Kutlay Kabadayı broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Demirkol FC's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because BeŞiKTaŞ FC had won, even though Demirkol FC had held more of the ball.
