In the 18th minute Anıl Ozan Okatay shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bayezit Davutoğlu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 29 minutes into the match, Ermenek's goal looked a bit too open when Kahraman Paksoy came free, but Bayezit Davutoğlu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. İdris Uğuz came out of the goal and Hüseyin Turan Sani tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Anıl Ozan Okatay blasted a shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Bayezit Davutoğlu having to make a save. After having played for 46 minutes, Hüseyin Turan Sani managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ermenek's supporters crossed their fingers, but Hüseyin Turan Sani was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.

If Kahraman Paksoy had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bayezit Davutoğlu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kahraman Paksoy in the 72nd minute of the match.
