An unexpectedly hard shot by Arcan Bürge in the 34th minute of play forced Akpinar's goalkeeper Üzeyir Darga to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gökcan Eke took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mustafa Haydar Türkoğlu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 48 minutes into the match, Sahrayicedit's goal looked a bit too open when Sungurhan Ulukaan came free, but Gökcan Eke reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The Akpinar fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Sahrayicedit were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
