The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 10th minute Ensar Tandan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Baransel Camcıoğlu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Baransel Camcıoğlu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ensar Tandan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Baycan Tuncay sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 20th minute, Vedat Özkul made a precise shot to the right of Şimşek Mecit. Artvin's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. Artvin's Şimşek Mecit played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hakan Peker in the 25th minute of play. Baycan Tuncay recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 26th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Baycan Tuncay in the 29th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Baransel Camcıoğlu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After some fancy dribbling in the 31st minute, Baycan Tuncay managed to get in a good position for a shot. Artvin's supporters rose to their feet, but Baycan Tuncay was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Baransel Camcıoğlu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The audience was convinced that Hakan Peker's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Şimşek Mecit was relentless in the 35th minute of the game. Ensar Tandan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Baycan Tuncay fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Baransel Camcıoğlu having to interfere. 47 minutes into the match, Ensar Tandan had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Baransel Camcıoğlu. INDEPENCE KILLED's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ensar Tandan was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ensar Tandan stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Baransel Camcıoğlu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ensar Tandan in the 53rd minute of play. In the 55th minute the ball was on its way in behind Artvin's goalkeeper Şimşek Mecit, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Selman Tuygun sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 68th minute of the match, Baycan Tuncay got a very nice opportunity to score, but Baransel Camcıoğlu was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. 69 minutes into the game, Ensar Tandan recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Baransel Camcıoğlu. Ensar Tandan showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-3. In the 75th minute, Hakan Peker got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With a little luck, INDEPENCE KILLED's Baransel Camcıoğlu got control of the ball when Baycan Tuncay tried to sneak it across the goal line. Artvin's Baycan Tuncay got a good chance for a goal in the 86th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.
