Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Ensar Tandan started the match with the kick off. 8 minutes into the match, Baycan Tuncay had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Sercan Özkurt. Besiri's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Baycan Tuncay was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Baycan Tuncay received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Sercan Özkurt tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Besiri getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Lütfü Şahvar hit a great ball. Artvin were awarded a corner in the 16th minute after Besiri's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Mustafa Yaşar Bayer took the corner. Artvin's Mustafa Yaşar Bayer was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Sercan Özkurt in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Sercan Özkurt stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Baycan Tuncay's shot from short distance in the 18th minute. In the 26th minute, Baran İltay hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Besiri's Sercan Özkurt played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ensar Tandan in the 29th minute of play. Ensar Tandan blasted a shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Sercan Özkurt having to make a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Baycan Tuncay in the 38th minute of play forced Besiri's goalkeeper Sercan Özkurt to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Ensar Tandan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Artvin's Baycan Tuncay got a good chance for a goal in the 47th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Lütfü Şahvar to strike the kick off in the second half. Sercan Özkurt showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ensar Tandan, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. Baycan Tuncay's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Sercan Özkurt firmly grabbed it by the left post. If Sadri Gencer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 61st minute, Baycan Tuncay managed to get in a good position for a shot. Artvin's supporters rose to their feet, but Baycan Tuncay was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Sercan Özkurt breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a rather tough play, Besiri's Lütfü Şahvar got a free kick in the 66th minute. Baycan Tuncay was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 67th minute. Artvin's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Sercan Özkurt was a little too slow when Ensar Tandan got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 69th minute. The score was now 0-3. Sercan Özkurt made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ensar Tandan in the 73rd minute of play. Arkın Kutberk recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 75th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Şimşek Mecit made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lütfü Şahvar in the 76th minute of play. If Baycan Tuncay had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Baycan Tuncay in the 85thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Sercan Özkurt, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. With his leg Sercan Özkurt managed to avoid a goal in the 87thth minute, when Artvin's Baycan Tuncay fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Sabit Yöntem's late challenge caught a Besiri's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Sabit Yöntem helped the player get up and apologised. After 91 minutes of play, Artvin's Selman Tuygun made it 0-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Sercan Özkurt was left in no man's land by his defense there! When Baycan Tuncay came up free with the goalie in the 95th minute, the Artvin fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Baycan Tuncay couldn't finish the play. The Artvin supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Artvin would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
