The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Kamuran Nesefi struck a weak shot in the 29th minute. Hilmi Cingöz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Akören SK. 31 minutes into the game, Batıhan Talayhan was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Akören SK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Suadiye the free kick. A collision led to Akören SK getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Suadiye's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mikail Perviz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Kamuran Nesefi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hilmi Cingöz having to interfere. After 40 minutes, Eray Tunay mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Suadiye and the Akören SK players grew even worse after the yellow card. Eray Tunay hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. After 44 minutes Suadiye's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Ataman Akkın who took care of the corner kick. Ataman Akkın made a great header on Akören SK's corner, it was just that Suadiye's Hilmi Cingöz managed to reach the ball for a save.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Muzaffer Resul was the one to do the kick off. The referee gave Suadiye a penalty, 87 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Çelik Yazgı, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Akören SK's İbrahim Perkel. 0-2. Mikail Perviz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Mikail Perviz scored 0-3 in the 96th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of İbrahim Perkel, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Suadiye's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
