Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Tesvikiye JK's Ayberk Taybars started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Vecdet Muharrem fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lokman Akdoruk having to interfere. Cihangir Şimşek showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Erdinç Gülsoy in the 7th minute of the match. Tarkan Kutunalp sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Cihangir Şimşek came out of the goal in the 13th minute to try and stop a shot by Tesvikiye JK's Ayberk Taybars. But to his dismay, Ayberk Taybars quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. 17 minutes into the game, Ayberk Taybars cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Cihangir Şimşek was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. A collision led to Tesvikiye JK getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Tarkan Kutunalp hit a great ball. Erdinç Gülsoy blasted a shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Cihangir Şimşek having to make a save. 26 minutes into the match, Ayberk Taybars notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Balikesir's Cihangir Şimşek. Cihangir Şimşek was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ayberk Taybars in the 33rd minute of play forced Balikesir's goalkeeper Cihangir Şimşek to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 36th minute, Ayberk Taybars got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Erdinç Gülsoy received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Cihangir Şimşek tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Kamber Sabuncu fell near the penalty area in the 42nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Balikesir's protests and gave Kamber Sabuncu a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Balikesir's Kamber Sabuncu got a free kick in the 42nd minute. 47 minutes into the match, Balikesir's goal looked a bit too open when Erdinç Gülsoy came free, but Cihangir Şimşek reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ferid Sendur to strike the kick off in the second half. Lokman Akdoruk made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aydemir Yasun in the 52nd minute of play. In the 54th minute, Tansel Akalın hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Lokman Akdoruk came out of the goal in the 55th minute to try and stop a shot by Balikesir's Ferid Sendur. But to his dismay, Ferid Sendur quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. After a rather tough play, Balikesir's Ali Alansoy got a free kick in the 59th minute. After 61 played minutes Tesvikiye JK got a freekick which was hit by Fırat Batırhan. 67 minutes into the match, Tesvikiye JK's goal looked a bit too open when Ferid Sendur came free, but Lokman Akdoruk reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 70 minutes into the match, Tesvikiye JK's Ayberk Taybars sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Cihangir Şimşek narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 70 played minutes Balikesir got a freekick which was hit by Vecdet Muharrem. Ayberk Taybars received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Cihangir Şimşek tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ayberk Taybars was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 74th minute. Tesvikiye JK's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Tesvikiye JK's Ayberk Taybars got a good chance for a goal in the 79th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Tansel Akalın was extremely unlucky when he, in the 85th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Cihangir Şimşek took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ayberk Taybars, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Vecdet Muharrem fell near the penalty area in the 92nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Balikesir's protests and gave Vecdet Muharrem a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Tesvikiye JK booed when Balikesir was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vecdet Muharrem didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 95th minute Tesvikiye JK were awarded a corner. Rahman Aytolun went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Rahman Aytolun got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Cihangir Şimşek quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Tesvikiye JK played a much better game than Balikesir and deserved their victory. The Balikesir players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
