But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Melih Cevdet Serhad couldn't finish the play. In a very dangerous position, a player in Biga FK fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 28th minute. Penalty! With a couple of smart ball manuevers Yıldırım Özveri in the 37th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Batıkan Aktaş saved Biga FK from getting behind. Tayfun Fidan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Biga FK's Tayfun Fidan got a good chance for a goal in the 42nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 43rd minute, Tayfun Fidan fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Tayfun Fidan might have been able to make a better finish in the 47th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ali Cengiz Kıvılcım. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Tayfun Fidan ran back to his position shaking his head.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Yıldırım Özveri to strike the kick off in the second half. Ali Cengiz Kıvılcım made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cebrail Oksu in the 57th minute of play. After 59 played minutes Biga FK got a freekick which was hit by Rahim Heybetli. Melih Cevdet Serhad's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 62ndth minute, Batıkan Aktaş skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. 0-2 became the score in the 63rd minute when Yıldırım Özveri elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in burdurspor fc's zone, Tayfun Fidan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ali Cengiz Kıvılcım came out of the goal and Tayfun Fidan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 71st match minute, Biga FK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rahim Heybetli to maneuver through the defense. Batıkan Aktaş made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ümit Safer in the 72nd minute. burdurspor fc's Melih Cevdet Serhad got a good chance for a goal in the 75th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Cebrail Oksu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ali Cengiz Kıvılcım having to interfere. In the 80th minute, Mevlüt Taran got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Biga FK's Tayfun Fidan got a good chance for a goal in the 85th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Yıldırım Özveri's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Batıkan Aktaş read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 87th minute of play. Cebrail Oksu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 90th minute, Melih Cevdet Serhad got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.
