Serdar Serhan kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. 20 minutes into the game, Ali Berkant Gürgan cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Abdullah Şaki was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. If İlmi Torel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 28 minutes into the match, Egil's goal looked a bit too open when Baybars Başesgi came free, but Abdullah Şaki reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience was convinced that Ali Berkant Gürgan's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Abdullah Şaki was relentless in the 30th minute of the game. A collision led to Trabzon1961 getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Okanalp Giryar hit a great ball. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ali Berkant Gürgan made a kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by İlmi Torel in the 52nd minute of play forced Egil's goalkeeper Abdullah Şaki to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. İlmi Torel scored 0-3 in the 52nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Abdullah Şaki, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Ali Atıf Tezal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Erhan Soysan having to interfere. kaya Sayılgan kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. İsmail Erben sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 63rd match minute, Egil was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ali Atıf Tezal to maneuver through the defense. Ali Berkant Gürgan who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 67thth minute tested the skills of Abdullah Şaki when he managed to save the team from getting behind. When Okanalp Giryar fell near the penalty area in the 70th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Trabzon1961's protests and gave Okanalp Giryar a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Trabzon1961 getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Okanalp Giryar hit a great ball. Abdullah Şaki came out of the goal in the 80th minute to try and stop a shot by Trabzon1961's Ali Berkant Gürgan. But to his dismay, Ali Berkant Gürgan quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-5. İlmi Torel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Abdullah Şaki having to interfere. Ali Atıf Tezal's late challenge caught a Trabzon1961's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ali Atıf Tezal helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Trabzon1961 booed when Egil was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 89 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ali Atıf Tezal didn't get a good kick on the ball. Trabzon1961's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Fuat Temizsoy in the 91st minute. A nice corner shot did that Fuat Temizsoy got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Abdullah Şaki quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. 94 minutes into the match, Trabzon1961's goal looked a bit too open when Ahmet Koralp Zaim came free, but Erhan Soysan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
