Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when İldeniz Salik got the match started through his kick off. Tugay Özdil fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Göktürk Serir having to interfere. In the 10th minute Tugay Özdil shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Göktürk Serir saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. SakaryaSpor were furious when Lech Zaworski was red carded, 11 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. After 12 played minutes SakaryaSpor got a freekick which was hit by Lech Zaworski. In the 15th minute Abdulvahit Ülken shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Balamir Kantürk saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Demirköy booed when SakaryaSpor was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. André Salgado didn't get a good kick on the ball. Güneş Akboy, 17 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Çağlar Hedef got free with Balamir Kantürk in the 19th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Anıl Akbaşak in the 20th minute of play forced SakaryaSpor's goalkeeper Balamir Kantürk to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Göksel Saygılı during the 21st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to SakaryaSpor getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Göksel Saygılı hit a great ball. Balamir Kantürk made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from İldeniz Salik in the 24th minute of play. With his leg Balamir Kantürk managed to avoid a goal in the 24thth minute, when Demirköy's İldeniz Salik fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Tugay Özdil recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 27th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to Demirköy getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Necat Riva hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Abdulvahit Ülken in the 39th minute of play forced SakaryaSpor's goalkeeper Balamir Kantürk to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Çağlar Hedef's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Balamir Kantürk firmly grabbed it by the left post.
The wind increased when Tugay Özdil made the kick off in the second half. Ali Behzat Akdamar took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 57th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Balamir Kantürk. SakaryaSpor's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 64th minute Anıl Akbaşak shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Balamir Kantürk saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Petruț Băbescu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Göktürk Serir having to interfere. In the 73rd minute, Ali Behzat Akdamar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 78 minutes into the match, Tugay Özdil had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Göktürk Serir. Demirköy's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Tugay Özdil was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. After some careless play in the SakaryaSpor defense, Abdulvahit Ülken kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Balamir Kantürk. The SakaryaSpor fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Balamir Kantürk should have stopped the shot. Necat Riva took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 87th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Balamir Kantürk. SakaryaSpor's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. If Tugay Özdil had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 96 played minutes SakaryaSpor got a freekick which was hit by Tamer Okay. Demirköy were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
