The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Bilal Tomurcuk in the 14thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Vecdet Sanal, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Bilal Tomurcuk was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 20th minute. DGT UNITED's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. 24 minutes into the match, Bilal Tomurcuk had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Vecdet Sanal. DEMİRÖREN İSTİFA's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Bilal Tomurcuk was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. When Acar Ünalmış fell near the penalty area in the 27th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored DEMİRÖREN İSTİFA's protests and gave Acar Ünalmış a yellow card for diving instead. Ali Numan Oyanalp's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Vecdet Sanal read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 34th minute of play. Bilal Tomurcuk sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 36th minute, Yaser Iğdırlı hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 38th minute, Ali Numan Oyanalp managed to get in a good position for a shot. DGT UNITED's supporters rose to their feet, but Ali Numan Oyanalp was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Vecdet Sanal breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 40 minutes into the game, Bektaş Tarkan was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. DEMİRÖREN İSTİFA's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave DGT UNITED the free kick. In the 40th match minute, DEMİRÖREN İSTİFA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bektaş Tarkan to maneuver through the defense. In the 46th match minute, DEMİRÖREN İSTİFA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hasret Ünan to maneuver through the defense. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

Vecdet Sanal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ömür Kamaci in the 56th minute of play. Semail Sağanalp hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. Bilal Tomurcuk fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vecdet Sanal having to interfere. Ertuğrul Bengi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vecdet Sanal having to interfere. 64 minutes into the match, DEMİRÖREN İSTİFA's goal looked a bit too open when Bilal Tomurcuk came free, but Vecdet Sanal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ertuğrul Bengi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Vecdet Sanal tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Vecdet Sanal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bilal Tomurcuk in the 67th minute of the match. Oğuzalp Bahçıvan kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. If Bilal Tomurcuk had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After a defensive mix-up in DEMİRÖREN İSTİFA's zone, Bilal Tomurcuk stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Vecdet Sanal came out of the goal and Bilal Tomurcuk tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 80 played minutes DEMİRÖREN İSTİFA got a freekick which was hit by Deniz Okanay. Şeray Eracar took the ball and in the 80 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Vecdet Sanal. Vecdet Sanal dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. After a rather tough play, DGT UNITED's Ertuğrul Bengi got a free kick in the 86th minute. 91 minutes into the match, DEMİRÖREN İSTİFA's Acar Ünalmış sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that kaya Tandan narrowly saved just below the crossbar. DEMİRÖREN İSTİFA's Çağlar Kutlucan got a good chance for a goal in the 91st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 94th minute, DEMİRÖREN İSTİFA's Çağlar Kutlucan dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-1. When the referee ended the match the DGT UNITED players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
