After 2 played minutes Afsin got a freekick which was hit by Aktan Benli. The audience was convinced that Çağlar Kutlucan's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Fedai Toraman was relentless in the 3rd minute of the game. Mehmet Fatih Ongu scored 0-1 in the 5th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Vecdet Sanal, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 13th minute, Oğuz Toygun made a precise shot to the right of Vecdet Sanal. DEMİRÖREN İSTİFA's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. In the 24th minute Oğuz Toygun shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vecdet Sanal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. DEMİRÖREN İSTİFA's Vecdet Sanal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Oğuz Toygun in the 25th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Oğuz Toygun's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Vecdet Sanal was relentless in the 27th minute of the game. In the 29thth minute of the game Mehmet Fatih Ongu who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but DEMİRÖREN İSTİFA's Vecdet Sanal was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Mehmet Fatih Ongu's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Vecdet Sanal read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 41st minute of play. Vecdet Sanal showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Oğuz Toygun, who was totally free with the ball in the 48th minute. The DEMİRÖREN İSTİFA players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Afsin were winning 0-3.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Oğuz Toygun stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Mehmet Fatih Ongu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 73rd minute, Mehmet Fatih Ongu managed to get in a good position for a shot. Afsin's supporters rose to their feet, but Mehmet Fatih Ongu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Vecdet Sanal breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Mehmet Fatih Ongu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Oğuz Toygun fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vecdet Sanal having to interfere. 87 minutes in the game, Oğuz Toygun fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Vecdet Sanal having to interfere. After some careless play in the DEMİRÖREN İSTİFA defense, Mehmet Fatih Ongu kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Vecdet Sanal. The DEMİRÖREN İSTİFA fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Vecdet Sanal should have stopped the shot. Mehmet Fatih Ongu who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 96thth minute tested the skills of Vecdet Sanal when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Afsin's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
